Refund policy
At Avany Organics & Naturals, we strive to ensure that our customers receive the best possible products and services. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase or there is a fault with the product, we offer the following return and refund policy:
Shipping and Delivery:
We currently offer shipping services within India and do not ship internationally. Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 working days of placing your order. However, during busy times such as holiday periods, processing and shipping delays may occur.
In the event that your order is delayed or partially shipped, we will seek your permission to delay the shipment or partially ship the order. If you choose to cancel the delayed or partially shipped order, we will refund the balance amount, which may take 24-48 hours to reflect in your account.
Cancellation of Order:
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so only if the order state is showing as "pending" under Order History. To cancel your order, you can do it in the Account section of our website or send an email to us. However, if the products have been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel the order. We have the right to decide whether to cancel an order or not.
Returns:
If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you may return it to us for a refund or replacement. Refund or replacement will be initiated within five days of us receiving the returned product. The product must be returned within 15 days of receipt and in its original packaging.
Transit Damage, Manufacturing Defects, and Wrong Products:
In the rare case that your product is damaged during transit, has manufacturing defects, or the wrong product is delivered, we will replace the product at no extra cost. The request for replacement/return of the product must be made within 15 days from the receipt of the product.
To get a replacement, email us your Order Number or Invoice copy to our support team, and we will confirm the return. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you can send the product back to us.
Products Lost in Transit:
If your product is lost in transit and not delivered to you, we will give you a full refund. We will wait for 30 days from the expected delivery date before considering it as lost in transit. The 30 days may extend in case of force majeure events affecting the delivery location or transit route.
Shipping of Products Being Returned:
We will arrange for a free door pick up from your address through our logistics partner for products being returned due to transit damage, manufacturing defects, and wrong products delivered. The product must be packaged safely to withstand the return transit, and a printout of the shipping label we send to you must be fixed on the package.
However, in any rare case where it is not possible to book the return pickup for you, we recommend shipping back the products via a reputed courier with tracking. We do not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any returned packages booked by you are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be made via the same mode as received and will be made within 7 days to your account. Please note that refunds are initiated from our side within 48 hours of confirmation of refund to you. However, if our payments are routed via our third-party partners, it would generally take 3-7 days to credit the amount to your account.
